- There was an extensive mathematical discussion of the optimal
- strategy for passing through rain, published in SIAM Review
- within the past 3 years. (For those who don't know: SIAM = Society
- for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. SIAM Review has published
- other papers on ULish subjects, e.g. "On the sound emitted by a mug
- when stirring instant coffee".)
