  11. The stoned guy driving 5MPH and thinking he was speeding reminded me of 
  12. another story I heard (supposedly the teller knew the guy)

  14. A student went to a philosophy exam tripping (I forget on what) and
  15. didn't remember what he did, but he got an A.  He did the same thing for the
  16. final and got called into the Professor's office - he had filled the
  17. blue book with gibberish.
