  20. It's more likely that the student misunderstood the teacher, and the
  21. parent misunderstood the child.  The parent might have also just been
  22. outraged that the teacher DARED to mention that there were gays in the
  23. world; sadly, that strikes me as more likely that a teacher not
  24. knowning the difference between "sex" and "sexual orientation."
