  14.     I am somewhat new to this news thread and do not know if this
  15.     is a new or old subject, but some my colleagues and I have
  16.     recently started a discussion about the rain.  We have pondered
  17.     in what way can you not get hit by rain drops ???

  19.     Some of the issues we have been discussing are:

  21.     - if you run through the rain, do you get wetter since 
  22.       you will obviously get hit by more rain drops, or do you 
  23.       stay drier since you will spend less time in the rain ??

  25.     - what effect does the rain have on this if the rain comes
  26.       down consistently or when it varies ??
