- As an (ex)ambulance driver, we could affect some intersections by operating
- our forward facing white strobe light. The light flashed at a
- particular frequency and a particular temperature (or color).
- Photographers may recall that an electronic stroble operates at a
- different color than a tungsten filament bulb.

- In any event this is moot, since in many circumstances our strobe would
- cause the intersection lights to go Red in ALL directions. Stopping everyone
- but our vehicle. While this may block an intersection, it makes it
- safer to drive in the oncoming lanes if everyone is stopped.
