- Isn't this super-cooling? I remember melting sodium thiosulphate crystals,
- then letting it cool (remaining liquid) and "seeding" it with a small
- crystal. Maybe other seeds would work. This was hobby chemistry for
- 12-year-olds. We weren't allowed beer.
