- As I understand the law (and I'm no lawyer), it's not in general
- illegal to advocate disobedience to the law. However, there are laws
- against advocating disobedience of particular laws in certain
- circumstances, e.g., inciting riots, encouraging men to refuse to
- register for the draft, and other acts that especially threaten the State.
