  19. Er, no.  Sperm are only happy in a very limited range of temperatures...
  20. body heat is too hot (why monorchids and cryptorchids are frequently
  21. sterile), much colder than that is too cold... hence the muscular system
  22. in the scrotum, which is a limited temperature-control device.
