  20. Network stations don't normally have that luxury, but independants 
  21. certainly do.  In L.A. the big indy stations start their local news
  22. either at 8, 9, or 10pm...

  27. would be the TIME SLOT...  Jay's biggest problem is that he DID

  33. True enough...  I think Dave fully deserves a better time slot,
  34. along with the higher ratings that would come with it.
