- Someone earlier metioned refering to the rescheduling of late shows
- that having the news at 10:00 is too early, and having late shows start
- at 10:30 is too early. Actually in the midwest, news is at 10:00 with
- late shoes starting at 10:30. In addition I have heard of TV stations
- out west starting their news at 10:30 to boost ratings.
- The idea of Dave taking over he Tonight is ridiculus. The Tonight
- Show and Late Night are completely different shows appealing to
- different types of people. They are apples and oranges! They fill
- different niches. Actually Late Night on CBS will be better for the
- viewers in my opinion, the viewer can pick the show that best fits him/her.
- On Entertainment tonight I heard that Jay Leno makes only $3 million
- compared to Letterman making 3-4 times that amount.
