  13. It's too bad that, if Dave goes over to CBS, Meg will no longer be only
  14. a zoom lens away from his studio.  Maybe Meg can get a new job across
  15. from CBS's studio.  Or perhaps Letterman's production company could
  16. rent a window office from NBC to keep Meg's office window in view.

  18. NBC probably has a lot of vacant space in that building, judging from Dave's 
  19. on-camera tours of gutted parts of their offices the last few years, and will 
  20. have a lot more empty offices if Dave moves on.

  22. Visits with Meg are a true high point of the show, even without the
  23. wacky gifts, stunts, and visitors.
