- vI read "The Losers," and, as a "real world" novel, I would say
- that "High Hunt" was much better. Eddings does a lot of "the
- moral of the story is" in a lot of books, and that's cool, but
- it was pretty weak in "The Losers," IMHO, and I think he spread
- out what he was trying to say too far. Don't get me wrong--I
- enjoyed it, but it was rather weak, especially for David Eddings,
- whom I just discovered in November, but have since read all of
- his works (and am now drooling over "Domes of Fire", which my
- Public Library doesn't have yet).
