  14. Hmm - well, color Macs with large screens have to deal with peculiar
  15. location and shapes of windows.  And of course monochrome Macs have problems
  16. with at least some color applications.

  18. As for the GS, the only applications that I have seen have problems are
  19. those written for special serial cards, etc. - things that are not present or
  20. things with specific roms.  I would say that 99.99% of the software which I
  21. have tried on my GS works - including the stuff from back in my Apple II days.
  22. Oh - wait.  There is one limitation - the GS doesn't have a cassette tape
  23. port, so all my old software on audio tapes can't be read in.  But of course,
  24. many of thouse couldn't be put on a hard disk anyways (they expect to be
  25. running from a cassette) so it isn't too bad...
