- I am sure this can be done. In my dim memory of reading the manual,
- they specifically mention that since the Option board reads flux transitions,
- they can do any encoding including GCR (that Apple2 encoding). It would
- be really great if someone wrote the s/w to interface the option board
- to the emulator (I would volunteer except that I don't have the option
- board did not come with programming manual and that I have a kid not, so
- no time for hacking.)

- ALso, since the option board can handle 1.2 meg drives, I see no reason
- why one could not handling half-tracking. This should let the emulator
- run almost all protected software (yes, I know about the funny synchronised
- read/write stuff that some apple s/w uses; yes, I have a plan that should
- work).
