  17.     It's probably going for the "deterrent" factor. One easy solution
  18. is to distribute small slices of sausage to all your classmates every
  19. morning, for them to tie into their shoelaces. Red pepper in your pants
  20. cuffs is another alternative, but why be cruel to a poor dog that didn't
  21. have any choice in its career?
