  26. I've never experienced nausea, cramps, or hard crashes after a trip 
  27. from shrooms.  When Indians eat peyote, they traditionally fast.  I'm not 
  28. sure if your symptoms are shared among other people, but try fasting for
  29. several hours before munching mushrooms.
