- Nonsense. People who want drugs bad enough will get the money. This is
- propaganda. Don't buy into it. The mayor of Washington, D.C. certainly
- had ATM cards, credit cards, etc. And don't think he was the only person
- running out on the streets hunting dope (crack, etc.), and driving a
- Mercedes, carrying plenty of plastic money, etc.
- That old saw about crack being a "ghetto drug," is silly. Please don't
- do yourself a disservice by believing it. Same is true of heroin. Dope
- migrated from the "ghettos" 25-30 years ago.

- Look, you guys. People don't turn to injecting because it requires "less drug."
- That's the same kind of silliness that _used_ to be mouthed from the
- law enforcement community, and other people who _don't really know_.
- People shoot dope because it gets you higher, faster: Period.

-
- C'mon. People who shoot dope aren't thinking about "increased risks." If
- that were an issue, injection wouldn't be on the menu.
- Believe it. .
