  26. Nonsense. People who want drugs bad enough will get the money. This is 
  27. propaganda. Don't buy into it. The mayor of Washington, D.C. certainly
  28. had ATM cards, credit cards, etc. And don't think he was the only person
  29. running out on the streets hunting dope (crack, etc.), and driving a
  30. Mercedes, carrying plenty of plastic money, etc.
  31. That old saw about crack being a "ghetto drug," is silly. Please don't
  32. do yourself a disservice by believing it. Same is true of heroin. Dope
  33. migrated from the "ghettos" 25-30 years ago.

  50. That's the same kind of silliness that _used_ to be mouthed from the 
  51. law enforcement community, and other people who _don't really know_.
  52. People shoot dope because it gets you higher, faster: Period.
