- In the late 60's or early 70's, I remember reading in Time magazine that
- Sandoz had synthesized THC for drug research purposes. This was closely
- followed by what was claimed to be THC capsules being sold on the street.
- The usual underground rags were warning people not to take it as it was
- actually PCP, aka "horse tranquilizer". Some friends of mine tried it,
- and didn't have a very good time.

- Yes, using lsd on a number of consecutive days without the benefit of a
- normal intake of food will cause the stomach to do all kinds of interesting
- things. I used to take antacids before dropping lsd, as lsd caused my
- stomach to produce copious amounts of digestive fluids.
