- Well, I'd rather give the drugs to the junkies than get mugged
- so that the user could afford to buy them on the black market!
- Plus I really hate the hipocracy of a government that profits from a
- black market. So this system would help cut down on that sort
- of corruption (one of the main reasosn it will never happen here).
- Besides, was this the only distasteful family they could find? What
- are the statistics, anyway??
