- The best way for everyone who is using PGP encryption to avoid
- criminal prosecution for their use of the patented algorithms is to have
- more people taking advantage of the privacy this allows. There is safety in
- numbers. If everyone uses PGP then there is no way anyone will get beaned for
- infringment. It would simply cost the patent holders far too much money to
- prosecute everyone.
