  12. I am interested in the reported existance of so called 'smart drugs', which
  13. improve memory rentation, increase IQ, and aid concentration. Do such drugs
  14. actually exist? What are they? What are there effects? Are any legal, and
  15. available? Are any dangerous? Please someone out there must have tried some, done
  16. some research perhaps...
