  23.     If a drug is defined as "something which you take into your body
  24. which causes a physical change within some part of the body" then a liposuction
  25. hose would be a drug (introduced through a hole at waist-level) which removes
  26. fat.

  28.     However, the only magical properties associated with any drugs are
  29. those associated with various psychedelics and such, or with certain 
  30. opiates.  As it is unknown whether anything resembling the legendary magic
  31. in fact exists, no legitimate studies have been done to attempt to categorize
  32. the magical effects of drugs.
  33.     However, no reported alleged magic is known to directly to effect the
  34. number OR size of existing fat cells in the body.
  35.     On the other hand, the infamous magical drug "Belladona Flying
  36. Ointment" IS known to leave fat cells ON the body.
