- Was watching Joe Bob's Drive In Theater last night on the Movie channel,
- and I have to say that Stuart Gordon's "Pit And the Pendulum" <not really
- based on Poe, but Poe influenced> is one of the sickest movies I had seen
- in the last couple of months. Nice witchhunting drama, with the usual
- torture, and mutilation. Great tongue ripping tribute to "Mark Of The
- Devil" too.
- Might not take top honors, but it is the grossest thing I have seen lately.
- Made at a castle in Italy, and with very nice cinematography.
- This kind of stuff almost gives you hope for Full Moon Entertainment, following
- a rather shaky start.
-
- Have a New Year!
