  35. Having watched this film many times since I was 6, I have to speak up.
  36. First off, it's title as "Worst Ever" is an exaggeration. 
  37. As for Worst SF movie ever made, try watching "Mesa Of Lost Women",
  38. "The Giant Claw", and a host of others. Ever see "The Creeping Terror"
  39. where the world is menaced by a carpet sample from space? 
  40.  
  41. In comparison, "Plan 9" is simply average. But, despite the usual
  42. day-for-night scenes that didn't get correctly processed, it features
  43. occassionally impressive Cinematography. 
  44. As for Bela and his double, this is hardly the only example. Try
  45. "Creature" from a few years back where Klaus Kinski keeps being 
  46. played by not one, but TWO doubles, neither of whom looks anything like
  47. him!

  49. Seriously, "Plan 9" may be the most loveable bad movie ever made, but it
  50. is hardly the worst. Far from it!
