  12. Well, once I saw this thread, I knew I had to mention
  13. a few films that I know.  Soooo, here they are:
  14.  
  15. 1.  MEN BEHIND THE SUN - incredibly depressing and graphic
  16.     story about Japanese soldiers experimenting with
  17.     chemical and biological warfare.  I showed this to
  18.     a couple of people who thought they could sit through
  19.     this, and they wound up quitting because the scenes
  20.     were so repulsive.  Not that I blame them.

  22. 2.  SALO, THE 120 DAYS OF SODOM - I saw this mentioned, but
  23.     I thought I would also mention it.  Pier Paolo
  24.     Pasolini's study of fascism is still considered one
  25.     film that can repulse almost anyone.  Except yours
  26.     truly, who found it a bit boring.

  28. 3.  BLOODSUCKING FREAKS - Everybody else has mentioned it, so
  29.     I'll just list it here.

  31. 4.  CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST - The cannibal movie people love to hate.

  33. 5.  UROTSUKI DOJI (aka WANDERING KID) - It may be only be
  34.     animated, but it still is quite graphic, at least in
  35.     part I.  The story really kicks in at part II, and
  36.     the tantric apocalyptic storyline is what reels in most
  37.     fans of this series.

  39. 6.  BAD TASTE - Not really repulsive, but good for laughs.  One
  40.     of my favorite horror comedies, and I always feel sorry
  41.     for that poor sheep. :')

  43. 7.  NEKROMANTIK - Although this may be the most overrated gore
  44.     film ever made (at least IMHO, since I found it so
  45.     utterly pathetic and boring), I'm listing it here at
  46.     the request of a friend who thought it should be
  47.     mentioned.

  49. 8.  PINK FLAMIGOS - Yes, that movie with Divine eating Poodle
  50.     Poop.  So far, I'm the only one of my friends who could
  51.     sit through it, and I could just barely stomach it.
  52.     Not really gory, but really and truly gross.  John 
  53.     Waters did a real job on this number.

  55. 9.  IN THE REALM OF THE SENSES - A fascinating and intense film, 
  56.     and not    really gory, but the final scene had some of 
  57.     my friends grossed out.

  59. 10. SCOOTER TRASH - The only porn film in this list, but it
  60.     grossed me and my friends the first time, the second
  61.     time and the third time around.  The most idiotic
  62.     and incompeten porn film ever made; you don't know
  63.     whether to be offended by it or be amused by it.

  65. Well, there's my top-ten list of fiction films--although MEN
  66. BEHIND THE SUN is based on fact.  Anyway, have a Merry 
  67. Christmas and don't try to gross yourself out with all these
  68. films.
