  19. Consider this - during Deckard's "re-recruitment" meeting with Bryant,
  20. Gaff is doing some of his origami, presumably a unicorn.  The unicorn
  21. at the ending could have been nothing more than his own personal
  22. version of "I was here, and I let her live".  In my opinion, Gaff is
  23. a failed bladerunner - he doesn't have what it takes to do the job,
  24. Q.E.D.  Holden is disabled by Leon, and Bryant goes to Deckard,
  25. bypassing Gaff.
