- Don't you forget the $3.50 * 452 = $1582 you have to pay to the publisher if
- you copy the book :-). Copying is allowed only if you pay the $3.50 for *each*
- page (the $3.50 is what is customary nowadays). I'm curious if anybody have
- paid the $3.50 per page or if it is only to scare of pirates.
