  40. Well, that's as may be... I still don't see the nitrogen as essential
  41. to creating the head; from the message you quoted, assuming the poster
  42. is accurate, the nitrogen is used to reach the desired pressure in the
  43. chambers.  MAYBE the can has nitrogen in it, but the smoothifier would
  44. work without it.
