- For the record, Guinness is delivered under nitrogen, not helium. The main
- purpose is to get the legendary head on the beer. I've never tried it at home,
- but I've never seen any of the bartenders at the local pub have a problem.
- I imagine it's similar to making a good cafe latte, once you've got it, it seems
- simple, but until then you know there's a trick.
