There is a test you can do to see if beer has foam stablizers or not. Get an eyedropper, and put one drop of milk in with 20 drops of water. Then put one drop of the mixture in the offending brew. stir it just a bit, and if the foam is still there, it has artificial additives. Miller products are the worst. Budwiser, as nasty as it is, is all natural. As far as getting ingredients from breweries... No way that they are going to tell you what they put in there. Egg yolks, and chicken blood are two su
spected ingredients in most cheap American beers... Got the information from a book by Cecil Adams called "The Straight Dope".
