- I make my own beer and I KNOW my only ingredients are:
- water, hops, malt and yeast. My beer is around 6-7% alcohol
- content (as compared to *REALLY* only 5% on average for the
- American Pilsners). For about $15-$20, I can make 2.5 cases
- of homebrew and it really tastes pretty good, besides being
- fun to watch AND make. I make differing kinds, Ales, Porter
- Stouts, Hefeweizen's, Nut Brown Ale, etc. Check out
- rec.crafts.brewing for more details on homebrewing. It really
- is fun, cost effective (about $2.00 a sixpack), and the
- taste is unparalleled.
