  11. According to a bartender I know in Pittsburgh, Guiness is pumped with
  12. nitrogen, not helium, and requires a special apparatus at the bar. He
  13. said that that was why only the pricey yuppie bars in Pittsburgh sell
  14. Guiness on tap. My own opinion is that it's because Pittsburgh is
  15. basically an IC Light kinda town, but the N2 thing jives with what other
  16. people have told me too.
