- Never panic when you are homebrewing. It is hard to really screw up.
- Don't worry about the extra sugar in your beer now. Its there, you can't
- do anything about it. Your beer will have a bit higher specific gravity now,
- and maybe more alcohol later, but... it will probably be ok.

- You will need to get some more sugar for priming when the time comes to
- bottle. The bit of extra sugar that you add at bottling time is what
- carbonates your beer.
