  11. As a GI in Germany many years ago, I did a lot of beer sampling, and was
  12. most impressed by a beer brewed locally in Landshut, Bavaria (I believe).
  13. It must have been lager, but was very smooth and tasty, and that is about
  14. al I can say after so long, but to my taste I remember thinking this is
  15. the best beer ever.  Any one know what I'm talking about?  The brand
  16. name -- or some recipe info?
