- I think you're right about the Omoligatto. I think it had something
- to do with a racing class. You had to build a certain number of similar
- vehicles to be allowed to race in that class. The English word is
- homologize, to make the same. Anything less than the required number
- and you had to race in a more open class with the "one offs".

- Isn't that similar to why Chrysler had to build street versions of
- the Superbird and Daytona, to be allowed to run them in NASCAR?
