I wouldn't put a white cloud in it... And definitely not a goldfish! Goldfish are not suited for small tanks. I kepot a betta in an unheated tank at room temperature (72 f.) He did very well! At 72 degrees, tho', I only fed him twice daily, and not much, at that.
