  31. you included bothering her friends to see if she's pregnant,
  32. now you retreat to "bother to find out about the birth."

  34. How does he "bother" to do so; how much effort is required
  35. (eg. must he fly 3000 miles to peruse all birth records in New York
  36. in September, 1993?); and is it not a moral invasion of privacy to
  37. track a woman's medical records and gynecologists?

  39. I maintain he has a right to know if she gave birth to *his* child
  40. (especially if she gives it up for adoption), not whether she is pregnant 
  41. and/or gave birth to *some* child.  You're too Orwellian for me.
