- The original question of "moral turpitude" was not over whether
- the man (or the woman) consented to sex. It was whether the man
- bothered to check back afterwards to see if he fathered a child.
- (We were discussing the question of father notification so that
- the man could claim his child from the clutches of the adoption
- agency.)
