  17. ftp works fine as long one uses only VMS file systems (and syntax).
  18. For ftp'ing a UNIX file to VMS you can explicitly name the file new:
  19.   GET "UNIX.File!.NAME" unix_file_.name

  21. but this doesn't work automaticly with the MGET command.

  23. native, no posix container-file!). I would really like to have a feature
  24. which would allow me to do a wildcard GET with automatic replacing of (RMS)

  27. I experimented with a tpu-front-end for ftp, but before I do a lot of
  28. programming by myself, doese anyone have a solution for this problem?
  29. Or is it only a problem for me and all others are satisfied with the
  30. current implementation...?
