- We have the CMU/TEK TCP/IP package running on our VAX cluster. We are running
- Pathworks for VMS with DECnet, without problem. We wished to try out the TCP/IP
- option of Pathworks and installed the files on the server without problem.

- The problem is that the NBNS TCP Netbios process crashes upon startup claiming
- it can't find the hostname. DEC's answer is to use their UCX product as the
- TCP/IP layer. Does anyone else have experience of getting Pathworks TCP/IP to
- work with products other than UCX?
