- We use DEC's file optimizer (DFO) with our NFS Server and
- have no problems. I wouldn't expect their to be a problem with a
- file defragmenter IF it respects that open files cannot be moved.
-
- I do know of some problems with some I/O cachers that ended up
- using an XQP lock in a way incompatible with the way the NFS Server
- prior to MultiNet V3.1 used it. This was fixed by changing the way we
- used it in MultiNet V3.1.
