  26. We also started getting these messages when we upgraded to VMS 5.5-1. 
  27. We also installed the DEC file optimizer at the same time.  Our problem
  28. is that DFO is moving some of the queue manager's control files even
  29. though they are open at the time by the queue manager.  DEC gave us a
  30. work around that did not work.  They are still looking at the problem. 
  31. I have found that stopping the queue manager with the /cluster qualifier
  32. and restarting it fixes the problem until the next time that DFO moves
  33. the file.  Excluding the files on the defrag did not solve the problem.
