- I'd set up ANONYMOUS to allow you to login to it interactively
- and try to create a file in the login directory. Chances are you
- have a protection problem you've missed, or are else over quota.

- I'd also upgrade to MultiNet V3.1. V3.0 is no longer supported, and
- has never been tested under VMS V5.5-1.
