  19.     I'd set up ANONYMOUS to allow you to login to it interactively
  20. and try to create a file in the login directory. Chances are you
  21. have a protection problem you've missed, or are else over quota.

  23.     I'd also upgrade to MultiNet V3.1. V3.0 is no longer supported, and
  24. has never been tested under VMS V5.5-1.
