  13. First, if you send mail to uunet!postmaster and don't get a timely
  14. response, send another message to uunet!postman and ask what happened
  15. to your mail or why your haven't gotten a response back.  Our manager
  16. can then grab me (or whoever is handling your message) by the ear and
  17. make sure the problem gets resolved or at least acknowledged.

  19. I haven't been great at giving immediate responses to everyone, and I
  20. apologize, but I am working on improving my e-mail track record.
