  11. An additional net for everyone is PCTN, Piedmont Coastal Traffic Net
  12. It meets nightly on 146.28/88 repeater in Raleigh. Purpose of the net
  13. is to pass traffic to local residents. A lot of the traffic is passed
  14. from Miltary personnel to their families. The net will assist new 
  15. radio operators in proper/efficient radio procedures that can be used
  16. anywhere
