  14. Prefer a six-month renewable lease, move in any time after Jan 1

  16. Country house on acreage, roomy 3/2 or avg 4/2, with all basic
  17. amenities, approximately 30 minutes from RTP area.  We love the
  18. boonies!  Must have large fenced yard, or paddock and adjacent
  19. out-building.  We don't have horses (yet), just some -primarily
  20. outdoor- dogs, but a setup that would do for two horses would
  21. suit our needs just fine.  Basement or wired workshop a plus but
  22. not crucial.  Tenants are nonsmokers, professional types, 
  23. dependable and all that good stuff.  The amount of rent we are
  24. willing to pay depends on how well a place meets our needs....
