  19. Yes I have ordered several items from Crutchfield and have had good
  20. luck with them.  I alway got what I ordered within a few days.
  21. However, I have not exercised their return policy since I
  22. have always been fortunate enough to receive stuff that wasn't
  23. broke or defective. I sometimes use their catalog as a reference 
  24. when shopping for audio/video stuff and generally find their prices
  25. competitive, but I sometimes find better prices (sales, usually) if I
  26. shop around.
