  24. There are a sufficient number of good arguments to support continuation
  25. of the DC program that there's no need to resort to bad arguments. Are
  26. you seriously suggesting that Pegasus could put a 400 kg (not lb) satellite
  27. into a 5617 km x 5950 km x 52.6 degree orbit?
