  19. I translated (from Hebrew to English) parts of an article last October
  20. and posted it here.  It appeared on p. 14 of Yediot Achronot of Oct
  21. 11, 1991.  Here's what he was quoted as saying about Galileo:

  23.     "They invited me to come quickly to NASA's control center.  They have
  24.     a problem with the space probe Galileo, which was sent to Jupiter.  It
  25.     cost the a lot of money, has already traveled millions of kilometers,
  26.     but its antenna has not opened.  They called me, and I will try to
  27.     help them.  I will stand in the control center, I will concentrate,
  28.     and by means of my mental power, I will try to open the antenna.

  30.     "The Americans have a practical approach.  They have already tried
  31.     everything else and failed.  So one of the senators connected to the
  32.     space project has now turned to me..  What do they have to lose?  If I
  33.     succeed, I will save a mission worth billions.  If I fail - nothing
  34.     has been lost.  How much would they have invested?  In all, an airline
  35.     ticket, a few days in a hotel, and some money for my time."
