- 1/ You get the same sort of frequency shift when pouring hot coffe vs cold
- coffee.

- 2/ I think the pitch is a function of entrained micro-bubbles. As the size of
- these bubbles gets larger, the pitch lowers. The bubbles are evolved gasses
- that changes state from dissolved to free. The hotter the source liquid, the
- bigger the bubbles.

- 3/ The capucino 'steam' is a complex admixture of hot liquid, agglomerating
- bubbles and free vapor.
